We are currently seeking a CRM Business Administrator (x|f|m) for a cross-functional CRM & Digital Transformation team in BPS division based in Göttingen (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). As a CRM Business Administrator, you are part of a cross-functional team and should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritising and managing all aspects of Salesforce projects. While our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, CRM Business Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction being a priority.
