About The Position

We are seeking a Manager of Clinical & Addiction Support to provide leadership and operational oversight for our Addiction program and office. This role is ideal for a passionate behavioral health leader who excels at developing teams, improving clinical operations, and making a significant impact on individuals affected by substance use disorders. The position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, supporting clinicians, and ensuring program excellence. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a helping profession or related field.
• Two or more years’ experience working in behavioral health.
• Two or more years’ management experience required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-player outlook.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong understanding of health insurance programs, including Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act.
