Proskauer is seeking a Manager of Client Value to support the Firm’s U.S. Corporate practices (e.g., Private Funds, M&A, Private Equity Transactions, Finance, and other transactional matters), overseeing pricing strategy, budgeting, and matter financial analysis across new and active matters. This high-profile role will engage with many of the Firm’s top clients and matters. The ideal candidate is client-service oriented, analytically minded, and comfortable operating as a trusted advisor to partners and senior attorneys.
