Proskauer is seeking a Manager of Client Value to support the Firm’s U.S. Corporate practices (e.g., Private Funds, M&A, Private Equity Transactions, Finance, and other transactional matters), overseeing pricing strategy, budgeting, and matter financial analysis across new and active matters. This high-profile role will engage with many of the Firm’s top clients and matters. The ideal candidate is client-service oriented, analytically minded, and comfortable operating as a trusted advisor to partners and senior attorneys. Proskauer’s Client Value team goes beyond traditional legal strategic pricing and project management to empower lawyers to deliver superior service to our clients. Our team combines financial insight, legal understanding, and operational execution to scope and price matters strategically, manage them proactively, and deliver transparency, efficiency, and value at scale.
