Requirements

  • 6+ years in data analysis or business intelligence, with relevant experience in the telecom industry.
  • Proficient in SQL for database querying, Excel, and BI platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with agentic AI applications is a plus.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data for mobile products (smartphones and Eco products) to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, governed, and trusted data products that align with business objectives.
  • Support the integration of agentic AI applications to streamline data workflows and enhance consumer/competitor insights.
  • Assist in analyzing internal and external business environments to identify key issues, assess risks and opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Help translate complex data and analytics into clear, actionable insights for leadership, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of action plans to strengthen competitiveness by evaluating internal capabilities and processes.
