As the Manager of Business Development, your role is multifaceted: leading a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team, training other BDR team members, and handling operational and administrative tasks to ensure the team's performance exceeds expectations. You will serve as a knowledge resource and best practices guide for BDRs, assisting in the training, onboarding, and mentoring of new BDRs in collaboration with the Learning and Development team and the Director, Market Outreach and Development.
