Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and administrative expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates. You'll drive operational efficiency, support strategic goals, and contribute to organizational performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., project management, operations, finance), facilitate cross-functional coordination, and lead process improvement initiatives, among other responsibilities. You’ll specifically take care of planning and executing cross-functional business projects, but also ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience as a contract or project manager
  • 5 years of experience working as a business or administrative assistant
  • Strong project or contract management skills
  • Ability to manage contractual requirements and provide guidance to others
  • Proficient in English oral and written communication, with strong record-keeping ability
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process optimization frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing cross-functional business projects
  • Ensuring alignment between business objectives and project outcomes
  • Leading the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
  • Facilitating project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Identifying inefficiencies and leading continuous improvement projects
  • Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and forecasting financial impact
  • Coordinating with external vendors, consultants, and service providers
  • Identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans
  • Participating in the preparation, administration, and implementation of contractual deliverables
