The Manager of Brand Strategy & GTM is a high performing, dynamic, and solution oriented leader responsible for bringing the Anthropologie Group’s consumer journey to life. You will be an integral part of the team defining the strategic vision for our campaigns and act as a central cross-functional partner who handles complex workflows and oversees the tactical execution of all owned, earned, and paid plans. In this role, you champion our brand foundations through a customer-first lens, ensuring strategic ideas are seamlessly activated across every touchpoint to drive buzz, cultural resonance, and business growth. Your mission is to bridge the gap between high-level storytelling and commercial GTM planning, solidifying Anthropologie as the ultimate resource for an inspired lifestyle. This role will be working from and based out of our Philadelphia, PA Home Office, operating on a 3 days in office per week hybrid schedule.
