This role supports internal operations for AmShield and Haulers, manages Alternate Channels Business Systems Analysts, and oversees the provisioning of employees and security access for agents. The position requires applying technical knowledge of agent commissions, bonus plans, licensing, reporting, and communications. It also involves supporting policy conversion processes for personal and commercial lines to enhance policyholder retention, monitoring regulatory compliance, and supporting the continued development of the agency management system. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Credit Bureau Report may be ordered on final candidates.

Requirements

Understanding of insurance, operational, and financial metrics.
Strong communication, planning, organization, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of bonus programs, agency recruiting, onboarding, and licensing requirements.
Understanding of insurance industry products and trends affecting AmShield and Haulers.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Support internal operations for AmShield and Haulers as assigned.
Manage the Alternate Channels Business Systems Analysts.
Oversee the provisioning of employees and security access for agents.
Apply technical knowledge of agent commissions, bonus plans, licensing, reporting, and communications.
Support policy conversion processes for personal and commercial lines to support policyholder retention.
Monitor regulatory compliance and communicate impacts to the appropriate groups.
Support continued development of the agency management system.
