The Manager, Adult Community Services provides operational and program leadership for assigned adult community-based behavioral health services, including Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) teams and other intensive community-based programs. This position is responsible for ensuring services are person-centered, recovery-oriented, evidence-based, and delivered in accordance with program, contractual, regulatory, fidelity, and organizational requirements. The Manager provides leadership and support to program supervisors and multidisciplinary teams; monitors access, census, service delivery, productivity, quality, outcomes, financial performance, and program compliance; and works collaboratively with the Director of Adult Community Services and other leaders to strengthen services across the adult community continuum. The Manager supports programs serving adults with serious mental illness, substance use and co-occurring disorders, complex medical and social needs, and histories of hospitalization, homelessness, criminal justice involvement, or difficulty successfully engaging in traditional outpatient services.
