About The Position
The Accounting Manager oversees key accounting functions, including revenue accounting, accounts receivable performance, commission processes, and monthly close activities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, strengthens internal controls, develops meaningful business metrics, and provides financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting, commission accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, or controllership-related functions.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and interpreting financial reporting packages, KPIs, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards, with experience supporting accurate and timely financial statements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and translate results into clear business insights, reporting, and performance narratives.
- Identify, quantify, and communicate key operational and financial performance drivers across the business.
- Build, enhance, and maintain recurring financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and business performance improvement.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial reporting and analysis across assigned areas.
