Manager Nursing at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8 -hour Da y shifts. Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTE's over 80 on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor's in progress.
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NNR) (Facility Managed) - if employed in L&D, NICU, Nursery, or Postpartum
  • 3 years recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities
