About The Position

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the financial and clinical operations encompassing daily oversight of the satellite facility. This role involves planning, developing, and evaluating new operating systems, as well as attracting, training, and developing qualified personnel. The manager ensures physicians receive adequate staff support, minimizes patient waiting times, and serves as a patient advocate by evaluating and developing new pathways to improve clinical metric outcomes. This position is the first point of contact for patient complaints, and the manager designs and develops new programs to meet the Clinic’s needs, recommending and implementing changes.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business and/or Healthcare field, or graduate from an accredited school of Nursing (RN)
  • Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
  • Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented
  • Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate documentation skills
  • Ability to follow established workflows consistently
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare
  • Two years of prior health care supervisory experience
