About The Position

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the financial and clinical operations encompassing daily oversight of the satellite facility. This role involves planning, developing, and evaluating new operating systems, as well as attracting, training, and developing qualified personnel. The manager ensures physicians receive adequate staff support, minimizes patient waiting times, and acts as a patient advocate by improving clinical metric outcomes. They are the first point of contact for patient complaints, design and develop new programs to meet clinic needs, and recommend and implement changes.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business and/or Healthcare field, or graduate from an accredited school of Nursing (RN).
• Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
• Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented.
• Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate documentation skills.
• Ability to follow established workflows consistently.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare.
• Two years of prior health care supervisory experience.
