The Manager of Network Contract develops the provider network (physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, ancillary groups & facilities, etc.) yielding a geographically competitive, broad access, stable network that achieves objectives for unit cost performance and trend management, and produces an affordable and predictable product for customers and business partners. Manager of Network Contract evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls. Responsibilities also include establishing and maintaining solid business relationships with Hospital, Physician, Pharmacy, or Ancillary providers, and ensuring the network composition includes an appropriate distribution of provider specialties. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Estimated 5-10%25 of travel within New York may be required. Requirements

4+ years of experience in a network management-related role, such as contracting or provider services
2+ years of experience and understanding performing network adequacy analysis
Intermediate level of knowledge and understanding of New York state and federal reimbursement methodologies
Intermediate level of knowledge and understanding of fee schedules and utilizing financial models and analysis to develop rates with providers
Intermediate level of knowledge of claims processing systems and guidelines

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
