About The Position

The Manager, National Accounts will manage their area of business by working with National Account buyers, as well as coordinating with our various internal departments and field merchandisers to grow business and achieve the goals of sales and service for their designated customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in account relationship management
  • Experience in watch, jewelry or luxury industries
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be available for required travel: customer meetings, trade shows, sales meetings

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute sales strategies to generate profitable growth within your account responsibilities.
  • Establish strong relationships with your accounts.
  • Present new product introductions including marketing campaigns to customers on a seasonal basis.
  • Execute product line reviews, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns to maximize assortment to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with accounts' ecommerce teams to ensure each brand’s digital presence, exposure and assortments are optimized and all creative assets are utilized on the sites.
  • Develop and communicate strategy to grow market share, profitability and customer base consistent with business plan.
  • Advanced knowledge of account management including sales forecasting, open to buy, replenishment programs, and purchase order maintenance.
  • Support product development by providing insight regarding customer needs and identifying current and future trends.
  • Work closely with Inventory and Planning Departments for new product and replenishment.
  • Monitor and control annual advertising and sales promotion budgets.
