Manager, MP&L Quality
About The Position
In this position, the Manager, MP&L Quality will lead global quality strategy by developing and implementing a cohesive global quality framework for vehicle and material logistics, aligning regional processes with Ford’s enterprise quality objectives and policies. This role establishes governance forums, conducts audits, and collaborates with various internal and external partners to ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position benchmarks and implements best-in-class delivery standards, gathers and analyzes customer feedback, and ensures transparent communication and issue resolution to enhance vehicle delivery experiences globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Extensive experience in logistics, quality, claims, and supply chain in a global setting
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong continuous improvement skills
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools
- Willingness to travel internationally
