Job Summary Summary: Leads a team of digital professionals within a designated specialty or area. Contributes to decisions on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing digital resources and processes within the specialty. Ensures effective execution of digital initiatives aligned with team goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
  • Experience working in digital specialty/area that the management position oversees 5-7 years required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in project management, product management, and/or service management methods.
  • Proven ability to attract, mentor, and develop staff.
  • Demonstrated experience as a collaborator, working across different teams/groups and with vendors to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Digital directors to establish the team's goals and objectives, often participating in defining work products and timelines.
  • Manages the day-to-day activities of a team of Digital professionals. Focuses on producing the team’s deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Employs service management and/or project management methodologies to deliver high-quality work products.
  • Attracts, retains, and develops high-quality staff.
  • Establishes and maintains a work environment conducive to high performance.
  • Promotes and encourages a high-quality customer service experience for all customers – internal and external.
  • Collaborates well with other teams and departments to produce results.
  • Manages medium complexity projects and/or services.
