The Manager, Messaging will own the strategy, evolution, and performance of Tudum’s scaled and bespoke messaging programs. A core driver of audience growth and engagement for Tudum, this role leads data-driven initiatives that connect Netflix members to premium editorial content at pivotal moments in their viewing journey and deepen fandom. This role will shape the next phase of Tudum’s messaging program—refining what works, scaling it globally, and launching new programs in partnership with editorial, product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams. You will define the strategic roadmap, influence and drive platform and tooling decisions, and ensure Tudum’s messaging efforts reach a global audience. Tudum’s messaging program is central to our growth strategy, blending editorial creativity with sophisticated audience insights, segmentation, and experimentation. Ongoing investments in UX, personalization, and formalized testing have delivered industry-leading performance, with a growing focus on visit quality, engagement depth, and long-term audience value.
