About The Position
CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Minimum Qualifications: 2 years demonstrated experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3), including: Conducting profile management Monitoring message traffic for anomalies 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or related activities Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university OR Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline Certifications / Clearance: Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance Ability to obtain CI polygraph Additional Requirement: Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM Special Qualifications / Duties: Manages messaging operations across intelligence systems and networks Oversees profile management and monitors message traffic for anomalies Supports intelligence dissemination and foreign disclosure processes Develops and maintains SOPs and messaging documentation Produces reports and briefings related to messaging operations Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure effective message handling and communication
Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or related activities
