We are seeking a Manager of Merchandise Strategy & GTM Operations to support the regional assortment and pricing architecture across Wholesale and DTC for the Americas (US, Canada), while owning the commercial systems, tools, and reporting infrastructure that enable the broader Merchandising team's go-to-market execution. This role blends traditional merchandising strategy responsibilities with hands-on ownership of the sell-in assets, reporting automation, and competitive intelligence tools the team relies on each season. This role partners closely with Global Categories, Regional Planning, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to deliver customer-relevant assortments, competitive pricing structures, and scalable go-to-market tools and processes. This hybrid position requires onsite presence at our corporate office located in Salem, NH (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
