At IAB, we sit at the center of the digital media industry bringing together publishers, brands, agencies, platforms, and retailers to shape the future of advertising. Our Member Engagement & Development team is responsible for growing that ecosystem. We’re looking for a revenue-driven relationship builder who can help expand IAB’s membership community while also driving adoption of our professional development and education programs. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or membership development
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising, media, or marketing ecosystem
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing pipelines and forecasting revenue
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a trade association or membership organization
  • Background selling training, certification, or professional development programs

Responsibilities

  • Driving Revenue Through IAB’s Professional Development Programs
  • Drive adoption of IAB’s education and certification programs across the industry
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing member accounts
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to grow participation
  • Partner with internal teams to align programs with industry demand
  • Manage pipeline activity and consistently meet revenue targets
  • Expanding IAB Membership
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new membership opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the value of IAB membership across the advertising ecosystem
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members
  • Work with marketing and leadership to refine acquisition strategies
  • Managing and Growing Member Relationships
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for your member portfolio
  • Drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to grow member participation across IAB programs, events, and education
  • Monitor renewal cycles and engagement metrics
  • Gather feedback from members and bring those insights back to the organization
