  • Experience working across cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Familiarity with how promotions work across digital, POS, media, and field channels
  • Excellent communication and business acumen to partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Culinary and Menu Innovation teams to translate strategy into executable programs, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Support governance routines, stage‑gate readiness, and execution forums to drive alignment, accountability, and decision‑making.
  • Support the development and execution of internal, field, and franchisee‑facing communications by partnering with Communications and Field teams.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of toolkits, FAQs, memos, and execution guides to ensure clarity, consistency, and ease of execution at the restaurant level.
  • Track executional performance, adoption, and key milestones across marketing initiatives.
  • Support post‑launch reviews, synthesize learnings, and provide insights that inform continuous improvement in planning processes, execution quality, and future marketing windows.
