We are looking for a creative, analytical Marketing Manager to lead the Direct Mail marketing strategy efforts for our Retail Bank division. This role will drive a roadmap focused on the Direct Mail channel to accelerate our marketing efforts and be a critical contributor to a rapidly growing marketing program. You will be a leading voice aligned to the channel and you will work closely with internal & external partners to drive growth, pulling many different levers to grow the program (channel innovation, optimization strategies, audiences, creative, landing experience, customer journey, etc.). This highly visible, strategic leadership role will focus on scaling Direct Mail strategies across the Bank brand and portfolio of products, fueling business growth. This lead will oversee the development, execution & optimizations of the Direct Mail strategies in partnership with partner teams. They will also partner on the testing roadmaps to maximize channel performance to scale continued growth. In addition, this lead will be responsible for building a vision and long term roadmap for the continued growth and success of this marketing channel. The ideal candidate will have proven experience translating performance data into actionable Direct Mail marketing strategies, navigating matrixed organizations, managing significant goals focused on business outcomes and working with internal partners to see their vision through to market. To be successful, the Direct Mail lead will need to thrive working in white space, building powerful cross-functional relationships and turning analytics into actionable marketing strategies.
