Point is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer direct mail (DM) prescreen program, our largest an impactful acquisition channel. You’ll manage a significant portion of marketing spend, develop advanced targeting strategies, oversee creative production and agency partners, and use data-driven insights to drive measurable results. This role requires close collaboration across teams in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. Experience in consumer lending or financial services is strongly preferred. You’ll work with the Head of Growth Marketing to design and refine strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and optimize the broader multi-channel marketing portfolio.
