About The Position

This role is designed for a data-driven marketing leader who will own and scale high-impact direct-to-consumer acquisition channels, including direct mail and digital campaigns. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will manage substantial marketing budgets, oversee creative development and agency partners, and leverage performance analytics to optimize campaigns and drive measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment, applying advanced targeting strategies and experimentation to improve customer acquisition and retention. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
  • 3+ years managing large-scale prescreen direct mail programs (3M+ mail pieces/month), ideally in consumer lending or financial services.
  • Proficiency in SQL and independent data analysis to inform performance-based decisions.
  • Experience authoring creative briefs and managing creative development, testing, and production workflows.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical, creative, and analytical teams.
  • Skilled at orchestrating multi-channel acquisition strategies, including direct mail, digital, email, and retargeting.
  • Strong project management and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale high-volume direct-to-consumer direct mail campaigns, exploring opportunities such as triggers, third-party list buys, and ITAs to maximize acquisition efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance across direct mail and digital channels, uncovering insights, measuring ROI, and recommending optimizations.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Data Science teams to validate targeting criteria, audience scoring models, and forecasting.
  • Lead creative development by authoring briefs, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring messaging accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, timely, and performance-oriented execution.
  • Conduct experiments on new targeting strategies, creative concepts, and campaign optimizations to meet growth objectives while managing risk.
  • Oversee project and budget management for direct mail and multi-channel acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
