About The Position

We are seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations to join our Firm. This position will be based in our New York City office (hybrid). In this role you will provides support and foster collaboration across the Marketing Department while leading projects for the team. Collaborates with the Director, Marketing to establish and oversee department goals and objectives. Works closely with the Marketing Technology and Data Teams to ensure uniformed adoption of best practices across platforms. Creates, updates, and maintains educational training modules for CRM users across the Firm. Collaborates with CRM stakeholders to create data standards for the rollout of the new CRM. Manages large Marketing Department projects and initiatives (ex., CRM migration, website redesign, etc.). Manages the team’s meeting calendars, establishing and monitoring cadence for various interdepartmental meetings. Provides departmental managers with regular updates and guidance on projects, goals and initiatives. Collaborates with larger Business Development and Marketing team, business professionals and attorneys firmwide to move department goals, projects and objectives forward. Ensures current knowledge of Firm and departmental policies and practices; maintains current knowledge of industry trends and identifies continued professional development for marketers. Engages in strategic (i.e., long-range) planning by developing departmental goals and supporting objectives for the Marketing Department. Participates in the vendor meetings. Manages Firm resources responsibly. Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Expertise in CRM (InterAction, Dynamics or Salesforce) and creation of training guidelines and materials.
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (with great proficiency in Excel).
  • Ability to learn new software/platforms and help train others in their use.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Current knowledge of industry best practices, trends and techniques
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate working relationships with others.
  • Demonstrates close attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with leading and supervising others.
  • Ability to administer Firm policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of eight years of related experience
