About The Position

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, scalability, and performance across a multi-brand marketing organization. This role is at the heart of the marketing engine, managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack with a strong emphasis on HubSpot. You will design and maintain automated workflows, ensure accurate lead management, and generate actionable reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborating across departments, you will ensure seamless integration between marketing, sales, and product teams, while serving as a subject matter expert and driving continuous process improvements. This position is ideal for a highly analytical and systems-oriented professional passionate about marketing operations, automation, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in a marketing operations role, ideally in SaaS or technology environments
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot, including integration, automation, and lead management workflows
  • Experience standing up HubSpot instances from scratch and refining existing systems
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting, and using data to optimize performance
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with marketing automation processes, lead generation, and nurturing strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other B2B SaaS tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management platforms is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, with primary responsibility for HubSpot instances across multiple brands
  • Lead the configuration, troubleshooting, and refinement of HubSpot workflows, ensuring effective lead management, scoring, segmentation, and nurturing
  • Conduct regular audits of marketing operations processes and implement scalable automation to drive efficiency and growth
  • Ensure data integrity, accurate tracking, and robust reporting to enable insights-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning marketing operations with company-wide objectives and other operational teams
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing technology, providing training and guidance on best practices
  • Manage project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com) and develop automation that enhances team productivity
  • Monitor key marketing metrics, delivering actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI
