About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee the operations of our digital content ecosystem—a critical channel for Financial Advisor Services today and a foundational enabler of our growth strategy in the years ahead. In this role, you will lead the daily workflow for page building and site maintenance in Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring strict adherence to compliance, UX, and content governance standards across all Financial Advisor Services business units. You will be accountable for service delivery, team performance, and the strategic evolution of our Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Management platforms, enabling scalable, consistent, and high-impact digital experiences across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to lead both the tactical execution and the future direction of our content infrastructure—ensuring alignment with business goals, brand integrity, and technical excellence. Operational leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing content operations team. Oversee the daily intake, prioritization, and execution of content requests within the Adobe Experience Manager workflow queue. Ensure timely delivery of page builds, updates, and site maintenance in alignment with established service level agreements. Monitor team performance, workload balance, and process efficiency to maintain high-quality output under deadline. Enforce adherence to content governance, accessibility, brand standards, and user experience best practices across all digital properties. Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure content meets regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation of governance policies and lead regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance. Strategic development Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Manager within Financial Advisor Services Marketing, including feature enhancements, workflow automation, and system integrations. Identify opportunities to scale content operations through improved tooling, templates, and metadata frameworks. Collaborate with Marketing Technology and Financial Advisor Services marketing stakeholders to align platform evolution with business objectives. Qualifications Minimum five years of experience in digital content management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a complex content management strategy environment. Supervisory experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred. Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Management systems. Proven ability to manage service level agreements, prioritize competing demands, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of web accessibility, content governance, user experience principles, and agile project management. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Requirements
