The Marketing Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, ensuring that marketing initiatives across a large portfolio and multiple business units are executed efficiently, compliantly, and with strong data discipline. This role partners closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, Finance, and external agencies to streamline processes, manage technologies, and optimize marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong operational rigor with the ability to manage complex workflows, support congress execution, and ensure compliance through PRC/MLR processes and Veeva Vault systems.
