Responsibilities

  • Engineer the Marketing Infrastructure: Lead the people, processes, and technical architecture of our marketing stack. You will act as the "Technical Product Owner" for our tools, ensuring high-integrity data flow between systems
  • Systems-Led Campaign Execution: Oversee the technical execution of marketing campaigns and ad-hoc business requests. You will translate marketing requirements into robust technical specifications, ensuring that every launch is tracking-ready, scalable, and integrated across the full stack
  • Architect Complex Automations: Move beyond basic workflows to drive the implementation of sophisticated, AI-enhanced automation strategies. You’ll align tech and people to increase productivity and support Addepar’s rapid scaling
  • Data & AI Strategy: Manage the marketing data in our database infrastructure (Databricks) to build custom tables, deep-dive dashboards, and predictive AI workflows. You will turn raw data into a strategic roadmap for the executive team
  • Full-Lifecycle Calibration: Own and continuously optimize the technical lead lifecycle - from enrichment and privacy governance to complex scoring models, automated routing, and conversion rate optimization
  • Cross-Functional Technical Liaison: Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to build a unified view of the customer. You’ll be the bridge that ensures our systems talk to each other as fluently as our people do
  • Compliance & Governance: Act as the guardian of our data, ensuring all tools and processes exceed Infosec policies and global communication standards
