Zapier is looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations to help rebuild and modernize our go-to-market operating system from the ground up. This role is responsible for architecting scalable, AI-forward systems and processes that enable Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to move faster, operate smarter, and support the next phase of Zapier’s growth. You’ll play a critical role in transforming how Zapier manages and activates millions of leads across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. From lead management and lifecycle orchestration to automation, attribution, routing, and reporting infrastructure, you’ll help design a GTM engine that is flexible, intelligent, and built to scale. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, sees operational complexity as an opportunity, and knows how to combine systems thinking, automation, AI tooling, and operational rigor to create leverage across the business. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Data, and Product teams to create durable foundations while enabling faster experimentation and execution.
