About The Position

At Hilton Grand Vacations, the Marketing Manager In House leads a team that is central to the guest experience. The manager is responsible for guiding Marketing Representatives and Greeters as they engage with travelers, understand their travel interests, and introduce vacation ownership opportunities in a natural and engaging way. The role ensures the team consistently invites guests to attend presentations while crafting positive, memorable interactions throughout their stay. This is a fast‑paced, highly interactive environment where leadership, integrity, and consistency directly impact guest happiness and overall performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of people management and/or experience leading a team in a sales or marketing environment
  • Minimum 1 year of timeshare experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively manage people and scheduling for a large team
  • Proven ability to resolve guest issues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Proficiency in English (speak, read, and write).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of people management experience and/or experience leading a team in a sales or marketing environment
  • Timeshare Marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations
  • Ability to speak, read, write Japanese language

Responsibilities

  • Leads In House marketing operations on property, partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive efficiencies and increase revenue with a focus on on‑site Owners and Guests.
  • Executes site initiatives, leads daily team operations, and ensures marketing efforts support targeted sales and service goals.
  • Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management for the In House marketing team.
  • Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring, conducts monthly performance reviews, monitors individual and team results, and reports performance outcomes to leadership.
  • Evaluates programs, incentives, and staffing efficiency, and addresses performance issues in accordance with marketing policy and Human Resources guidelines.
