Universal Music Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support FONO based in the Woodland Hills office. This role involves creating artist brand strategies focused on building narrative and super fandoms, planning direct-to-consumer tactics for artist development, and ensuring an always-on fan-facing strategy. The manager will be responsible for producing engaging copy for various advertising channels, maintaining an awareness of music culture and its influence on artist narratives, and creating/implementing artist brand and narrative guidelines. A strong understanding of music charts and platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Twitch, TikTok, Reddit, Soundcloud, and Discord is essential. Proficiency in professional presentation tools (PowerPoint, Sheets, Keynote, Canva) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must.
