About The Position

Bandwidth is seeking a strategic, analytically driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join their Marketing Operations team. This role is crucial for measuring, understanding, and accelerating marketing performance. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights to refine strategy, optimize investments, and drive pipeline growth. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with the ability to build sophisticated models and present findings to senior leadership. The role involves diagnosing performance issues, recommending solutions, and building the data foundation for a growing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role
  • Experience working within a B2B marketing organization, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Experience with marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing performance analysis, including campaigns, digital, and demand generation, diagnosing root causes, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for pipeline growth and revenue contribution.
  • Define and measure success by architecting and evolving marketing KPI frameworks and measurement methodologies that link marketing activities to business outcomes like pipeline generation, revenue influence, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Deliver strategic insights by transforming complex datasets into concise, decision-ready narratives for marketing strategy, budget allocation, and program optimization, communicating findings to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on data definitions, attribution models, and reporting standards, establishing a single source of truth for performance metrics.
  • Build scalable reporting and dashboards, designing and maintaining executive-ready dashboards and reporting infrastructure for real-time visibility into marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and funnel stages.
  • Conduct advanced analytical initiatives such as funnel conversion analysis, cohort studies, multi-touch attribution modeling, and performance trend forecasting.
  • Leverage AI and automation to accelerate data processing, uncover deeper patterns in marketing performance, and deliver predictive insights.
  • Ensure data quality and governance by establishing and enforcing consistent data definitions, reporting standards, and documentation practices.
  • Support strategic planning by acting as a key analytical contributor to marketing planning cycles, delivering data-driven forecasts, scenario models, and goal-setting frameworks.
