Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Manager Manufacturing Operations 2 based out of Cincinnati, OH. The Cincinnati Manufacturing Operations Manager position reports to the Navigation, Intelligence & Connectivity Division Vice President of Manufacturing and is directly responsible for all Manufacturing (MFG) organizational performance at our Cincinnati campus. The Manager has direct organizational oversight of the manufacturing team and will be the primary interface to the Xetron Operating Unit locally, and coordinate closely with other operating units to meet operational cost, schedule, and performance requirements across operations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership across the manufacturing team which includes oversight of manufacturing assembly and test, manufacturing and test engineering, planning, stores, receiving, and shipping. The ability to direct and lead the organization in support of the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Strategic Plan, will be critical as well as providing leadership and guidance in areas such as: technical guidance, process development, continuous improvement, safety, producibility, testability, capacity and production planning, MTA/Capital/Facility planning, cost/benefit analysis, Manpower planning and staffing, Talent Plus execution, workforce engagement, and merit planning. The ability to collaborate and liaise with the various business area leaders towards all business requirements and milestones in Cincinnati, OH is a key function of this role.
