Manager Maintenance (Industrial and Plant)
About The Position
Under limited supervision, manages maintenance employees and oversees repairs, equipment installation, and preventative building and equipment maintenance. Requirements
- 10+ years maintenance experience is required.
- Basic computers skills are required.
Nice To Haves
- Electrical mechanical experience is preferred.
- Training experience is preferred.
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manages maintenance employees and oversee automated technology.
- Troubleshoots problems with Human-Machine Interface and Programmable Logic Controllers.
- Maintains employee relations and evaluates job performance.
- Conducts preventative maintenance and follow-through.
- Makes repairs using a Business Planning and Control System.
- Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
