As the Manager, Maintenance Excellence for the Wood River Refinery, you will lead maintenance and cost performance efforts that keep people safe and assets running reliably. You will guide a team and cross-functional partners to improve maintenance work processes, optimize cost and quality, and drive continuous improvement across the site. This is a visible leadership role where you connect strategy to action, develop other leaders, and help shape how safe, reliable, and efficient operations are delivered every day.
