About The Position
Lead end-to-end logistics workstream for M&A integrations, from post-close through full operational handoff. Manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously (often 4–5 at a time), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met. Execute integration planning and coordination across due diligence, integration, and order-to-cash processes. Partner cross-functionally (supply chain, logistics, finance, and business units) to align on integration approach and execution. Drive rapid onboarding of acquired companies into Stryker’s logistics and distribution network to enable revenue realization. Act as a key stakeholder liaison, building relationships and credibility quickly across newly acquired and internal teams. Lead change management activities including communications, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new processes. Define business requirements and support deployment of transformation initiatives across Global Logistics & Operations. Ensure smooth transition of processes to business teams, enabling long-term ownership and operational stability. Track and drive progress of M&A integrations to completion, ensuring successful transition into the owning division.
Requirements
- 8+ years supply chain and or distribution/logistics experience
- Bachelors degree (Business or Supply Chain or other relevant areas)
- SQL, Power BI, excel or experience similar systems
Nice To Haves
- Supply Chain professional certification
- SAP experience
