The primary responsibility of the Level III Catering & Conference Manager is to coordinate event details and menus for client functions while maintaining budgeted revenues through effective solicitation of business. This role ensures maximum profitability by controlling expenditures and distributing accurate information within prescribed timelines. The goal is to deliver an exceptional guest experience for both the Meeting Planner and the Group. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures. This position reports to the Director of Catering & Conference Management.
