As an integral part of the Direct Travel North America Leisure Sales Management Team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, while supporting Direct Travel Leisure, the team, and our preferred partner objectives. This role will oversee one of four specialized sales teams, each aligned with a distinct advisor growth path: Tours, Cruise, Hotels & Resorts, and Active & Adventure. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team and Virtuoso to strengthen brand visibility and engagement across your teams. This position works in partnership with fellow Leisure Sales Managers and reports directly to the Director of Leisure Sales.
