The Role The Manager, Learning & Development plays a key role in strengthening consulting capability, healthcare and health technology expertise, and leadership effectiveness across AArete . Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role partners closely with Operations, consulting leadership, and subject matter experts to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that support consulting teams in the field, technology and shared services teams, and internal operations. This role owns the end- to -end learning experience at AArete , including oversight of the firm’s Learning Management System ( Docebo ) and leadership of the New Hire Onboarding program. The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design and internal consulting skills, is comfortable translating complex concepts into practical learning experiences for adult professionals and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced consulting environment.
