The Manager, Learning & Development, Leadership Development & Coaching is a crucial role within the L&D team, responsible for creating, implementing, and supporting leadership development and coaching initiatives throughout The Aspen Group. This position collaborates with L&D, Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to enhance leadership capabilities, confidence, and foster a positive organizational culture through effective learning programs, facilitation, and coaching experiences.
