The Manager, Learning Design & Enablement partners with HR teams and learning colleagues to design, build, and manage scalable learning solutions and enterprise learning delivery within Workday Learning for a highly decentralized organization. This role develops learning offerings across modalities, including in-person programs, facilitator-led virtual training, e-learning, and static resources, and manages the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) within Workday Learning to enable enterprise learning delivery. The ideal candidate combines expertise in learning design, content development, LMS ownership, learning operations, and the ability to translate business and training needs into scalable learning solutions. It’s important that this person can apply learning and development best practices, while maintaining knowledge of emerging approaches and technologies so learning solutions and programs drive lasting impact. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA, works on the People Operations & Programs team and will report to a Director, Learning & Development.
