Role summary: As a Manager, Learning and Development, you’ll help power the next generation of growth at Sam’s Club by turning strategy into capability. You’ll design learning experiences that build critical skills, accelerate transformation, and prepare associates and leaders for what’s next—driving a more agile, high-performing organization. About Learning and Development At Sam’s Club, our Learning and Development team is focused on helping associates reach their full potential while driving real business impact. The team plays a key role in unlocking organizational potential by translating business strategy into associate capability and performance outcomes. We partner across the business to create scalable, high-impact learning experiences that support transformation, strengthen leadership, and prepare the workforce for the future. This role directly contributes to building a more agile, tech-enabled, and growth-focused organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.

• Coaching and developing associates to strengthen leadership and accountability
