Role summary: As a Manager, Learning and Development, you’ll help power the next generation of growth at Sam’s Club by turning strategy into capability. You’ll design learning experiences that build critical skills, accelerate transformation, and prepare associates and leaders for what’s next—driving a more agile, high-performing organization. About Learning and Development At Sam’s Club, our Learning and Development team is focused on helping associates reach their full potential while driving real business impact. The team plays a key role in unlocking organizational potential by translating business strategy into associate capability and performance outcomes. You’ll make an impact by: Translating business strategy into learning solutions that build critical capabilities Designing scalable programs that enable transformation and new ways of working Partnering with stakeholders to align learning to workforce and business priorities Measuring effectiveness and evolving programs to drive performance outcomes Coaching and developing associates to strengthen leadership and accountability You’ll sweep us off our feet if you: Bring experience in learning design, content development, or talent development Connect learning strategy to business outcomes and capability building Develop associates and leaders through coaching and targeted learning Use data and performance insights to measure impact and guide decisions Influence stakeholders and align cross-functional priorities Lead complex initiatives that support transformation and change Build strong relationships and influence across teams At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Stock

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
