Primary Function : The Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for building and leading Dashiell's learning ecosystem, partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to assess organizational training needs and translate them into effective programs that develop employees, managers, and leaders. This role serves as the primary owner of the Company’s learning management system and will architect and expand Dashiell's enterprise-wide training strategy. The position will be based in our Houston, TX office and will report to Dashiell's VP, Human Resources.
