About The Position

We are seeking a Manager, LBS Technology Finance Function Support with direct Oracle Finance experience to provide hands-on functional and application support within a complex finance technology environment. This position is designed for a technology and finance professional who understands both the technical functionality of Oracle financial applications and the business processes those systems support. This is a hands-on working manager role, not a position focused solely on infrastructure management or end-user support. The Manager will remain directly involved in complex production issues, application escalations, and functional problem-solving while providing leadership and support across critical finance systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Direct professional experience working with Oracle Finance
• Hands-on functional/application support experience within an Oracle Finance environment
• Experience must extend beyond solely infrastructure or general end-user support
• Working knowledge of Finance processes and Oracle financial modules
• Strong working knowledge of: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP)
• Exposure to one or more additional Oracle Finance modules, including: Fixed Assets, Projects, Cost Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management
• Ability and willingness to operate as a hands-on working manager
• Ability to become directly involved in complex production issues and escalations when necessary
