Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
5 Years of Relevant Experience
3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the labeling team, ensuring productivity and alignment with departmental objectives.
Drive team performance and operational efficiency by making operational decisions and managing resources and schedules.
Ensure labeling processes comply with all relevant requirements and support labeling changes and new product launches.
Provide support and guidance for labeling and production artwork processes, ensuring compliance with global marketing, technical, legal, medical, regulatory, and manufacturing standards.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient and compliant labeling processes, contributing to the overall success of the company's product labeling initiatives.
Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
Commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements, meeting individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.
