About The Position

The Manager, Key Accounts sells Lincare Long Term Care services to existing nursing home corporations, nursing homes, GPOs, and other business-to-business healthcare accounts. The role ensures high customer satisfaction levels with corporate accounts.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Required
Proven leadership in business development and closing sales, Required
Demonstrated history of meeting performance objectives, Required
Excellent verbal communications are a must

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree, Preferred
1-3 years sales in healthcare, Preferred
Licensed Respiratory Thespist, preferred

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains relationships with customer accounts
Responsible for maintaining a predetermined number of contracts/nursing homes
Identifies and develops new business
Prepares for and participates in trade shows, exhibits, and advertising campaigns
Conducts in-service for customers, educating them in the use and application of Lincare equipment
Initiates resolution to complaints from customers with the appropriate management
Provides marketing information to management as requested and/or made available
Inputs and maintains Lincare's Sales Tracking System and submit reports as requested
Follows-up on lost-to-competition customers to identify problems with product or services and reports to management
Assists in the preparation of sales forecasts
Understands and provides information on pricing information and product information to customers
Negotiates and submits agreements for review and approval
May be required to set up new customers, as well as perform facility assessments
Follows applicable policies and procedures of the Safety & Regulatory Manual regarding General Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment), DOT (driving safety), FDA, and Emergency Planning
